NYC CULTURE CORNER
Recently ranked a NYC top 100 restaurant by the NY Times and featuring in our Culture Corner spotlight this month is Laghman Express! As the first stop on our our Central Asian food tour, this Brooklyn restaurant combines flavors from across Uzbek, Kazakh, Tajik and Uyghur cuisines! They were gracious enough to take us back to the kitchen to show how they make their delicious hand pulled noodles, tender cumin lamb platters, and juicy perfectly-spiced chicken. Every bite is worth the journey to this often overlooked enclave of NYC!
